Sitton Peak, California, Bell Super Cobra AH-1T Crash Site
| On November 14, 1986 a USMC Bell Textron AH-1T Super Cobra (similar to the one pictured here) crashed near Sitton Peak in the Santa Ana Mountains in bad weather. Sadly both crewmen died in the accident. The site has since been cleaned up leaving only this rotor. |
